Welcome to Dave McCormick's Moth and Butterfly World. Here is a list of all moth and butterfly superfamilies. Click a link to see information on that superfamily and more.

With every moth and butterfly, I want to have only a number of photos which are of: The moth/butterfly flying, the caterpillar of that moth or butterfly (different stages), the moth or butterfly feeding, the cocoon or pupae of that moth or butterfly, the moth or butterfly resting, mating and the egg stage and the various plants the caterpillar eats. If possible male and female separate and if possible a photo of a mass of that moth or butterfly. I may also add a few videos to download/Watch too.

Every superfamily and subfamily of moths and butterflies are listed here (I think) as well as as much information on them as we can provide. Hope that helps you better understand them.  I did this, so you can not only learn about each family of moth and butterfly, but its also easier for adding images to site. This section might take a while to look through, so that's why we added a list of butterflies and moths we have on site here, so if you just want to see what butterflies and moths we have, look at top link, otherwise look at superfamily pages.
