Adult Images

This is a a tiny, chocolate-brown moth, marked with lemon-yellow. It has a wingspan 12-16 mm and it rests with its antennae held forward, which are marked with whitish about two-thirds along their length.

Location: Mountstewart, Co Down, Northern Ireland.

found this flying in a patch of grass. It was difficult to photo so this shot is kind of bad. Taken with my Samsung Digimax L85. Taken on 29/04/2007.
